About the Author 

Safana Abdullah Algutaini is a dedicated scholar and researcher with a strong foundation in medical biological sciences, public health, epidemiology, and health psychology. Originally from Yemen and currently living in the United States, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences (Pre-Med) and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from East Carolina University. Currently, she is pursuing a doctoral degree in Health Psychology. Safana has extensive research experience focusing on mental health, chronic disease management, and health behavior, with an emphasis on health equity and culturally informed approaches. Alongside her academic pursuits, she is an accomplished author of poetry and prose, blending creativity with scholarly insight to explore diverse human experiences. This unique combination of scientific rigor and literary expression underscores her commitment to advancing knowledge and enriching lives through both research and writing.
